The Miami Valley School is the Dayton-area's only independent, college
preparatory school. Founded in 1964, and located on 22 acres in Washington
Township, The Miami Valley School has an enrollment of 500 students in
pre-k through grade 12. The mission of the school is to challenge young people
of promise to become self-sustaining learners and compassionate global
citizens. More than 25% of the current senior class have been recognized
as National Merit Scholars.
