ProQuest
ProQuest is an extensive database that functions as an index to full text articles in 2000 periodicals and 50 newspapers.

It covers a very broad range of subject matter in both scholarly and general interest periodicals, e.g., The Journal of American History, Scientific American, and Newsweek. It covers The Dayton Daily News among other Midwestern newspapers, as well as The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and a few foreign newspapers (in English).

Articles can be viewed, printed or e-mailed.

The MVS remote password is required for admittance.

The Dayton Montgomery County Public Library provides access to several online resources to their library users through license agreements provided by the Ohio Public Library Information Network (OPLIN). Your DMPL library card number is required for admittance.
