Camp Schedule

Registration

Our full summer catalog and online registration will be available March 14, 2011.

Camps are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Full payment by credit card is due at the time of registration. You will be notified if a camp is full or canceled due to insufficient enrollment.

Cancellations prior to start of camp week subject to $20 processing fee (balance of payment will be refunded to credit card used for original payment). Once a camp has started, no refund will be issued for cancellations, barring unusual circumstances.

Note: Grade level requirement, listed with each course description, refers to the student’s grade in the fall of 2011. Please observe these guidelines when registering.

Extended Care

Professional, supervised care is available in the mornings and afternoons before all summer camps. AM Care is available from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. for $30 per week, and PM Care is available from 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. for $60 per week.

Camp staff will make sure children get to and from their camps for the week if they attend extended care.

Extended care is held in the Middle School Commons. Parents are required to sign their children in and out from extended care each day. There will be a $1 per minute fee assessed for late pick-up after 6 p.m.

Lunch

You may elect to purchase lunch for your child at camp for $30 per week. This healthy lunch is prepared by the WC GRINDERS staff who feed MVS students during the school year and always includes a fruit or vegetable. These lunches must be purchased for the entire week of camp.

Camp Store/Snacks

Campers may choose to bring their own snack or purchase snacks from our camp store. The camp store is open the entire time of camp and provides inexpensive healthy snacks: juice boxes, granola bars and more. Parents may deposit money in the camp store at anytime for their child to use to purchase snacks.
