Summer Camp Directors - Suzanne Powell and Linda Shaver The Miami Valley School will once again offer a comprehensive summer camp program for 2008. This summer offers many new and exciting opportunities for children of all ages and of all interests. Building on The Miami Valley School’s mission, the Summer Camp Program is designed to encourage young people to explore new interests, learn new skills, and have fun in a safe and nurturing environment. From model rocket building to horseback riding, these camps feature a wide range of hands-on activities led by experienced instructors. The Summer Camp Catalog will be arriving in your homes before spring break. It will detail the six weeks of camps that make up The Miami Valley School 2008 summer program. Whether you choose one or two weeks of camp, or all six weeks, your campers will enjoy the creative and fun learning opportunities at The Miami Valley School. Here is a chance to try something new, build on existing skills, and make new friends. MVS Summer Camp is a wonderful way to enjoy summer break! Camps run from June 16- July 25 (no camp on July 4). Hours differ depending on the particular camp session selected. Extended Day options are avaliable each week. There are camps for pre-k through high school students. The preschool camps are typically $95. The K-12 camps are typically $200 depending on week and type of camp. A $25 discount is available for campers who register before April 10th.
