Miami Valley Extension (MVx), founded in 2022, is a new opportunity for learners all over the world to take advantage of innovative online, hybrid, and in-person programming through The Miami Valley School, a thought leader in education since 1964.
Alan Bouchard, a former upper school chemistry teacher at MVS, led multiple student Immersion groups during his time in the classroom, including trips to Yellowstone National Park (Winter in Yellowstone) and the Caribbean (Marine Ecology). In addition to his time at MVS, Alan taught for several years at Rift Valley Academy, an international school in Kijabe, Kenya. He is an experienced SAT, ACT, and subject-area tutor.
