The Miami Valley School is proud to announce that James Patchett ’98 has been selected as MVS’ Distinguished Alumnus for 2022.

James is the CEO of A&E Real Estate in New York City. He has previously served as President & CEO of the New York City Economic Development Corporation, Chief of Staff in the New York City Mayor’s Office, and Vice President of the Urban Investment Group at Goldman Sachs. He is a graduate of Amherst College and the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. He lives in Brooklyn with his wife and two children.

For 18 years, The Miami Valley School has honored a former student as its Distinguished Alumnus or Alumna.  Nominations are made by members of the MVS community and awards are given to accomplished and self-sustaining alumni who are compassionate global citizens.
